Rubinetterie Bresciane
Dalmine LS has developed three different self-supporting racking systems for Rubinetterie Bresciane, a company founded in 1901 that has established itself over time as a family-owned leader in the valve manufacturing industry. Rubinetterie Bresciane continuously offers new solutions with a passion that endures over time: its ongoing research and experimentation in the fields of water, gas, and district heating distribution have allowed the company to constantly expand its product range.

Requirements
The constant process of innovation and development has led Rubinetterie Bresciane to acquire increasing market shares. The rapidly expanding company required partners who could adapt to the evolving logistical and storage needs, from small components to palletized goods.
Our solutions
Together with TGW Italia, we have supported the developments of Rubinetterie Bresciane over the years by addressing their new requirements. For Rubinetterie Bresciane, we have created three different self-supporting racking systems:
- Two Bi-Bloc self-supporting racking systems, each 15 meters high, for the storage of 48,000 load units arranged on 49 levels with 4 aisles served by miniload systems;
- One self-supporting racking system made from our galvanized DLS profiles, 23 meters high, for the storage of 23,000 metal bins in double depth and pallets in single depth.
The projects, thanks to the excellent synergy with TGW Italia, have yielded outstanding results for Rubinetterie Bresciane.
