Sipcam Oxon
Dalmine LS has implemented three different types of structures for Sipcam Oxon: a pallet racking system, a drive-in racking system, and a shuttle racking system. Sipcam Oxon was founded in 1946 in Milan as a company specialized in the production and marketing of agricultural chemicals. It is the first company in Italy and the only Italian group in the global agrochemical sector that operates in the synthesis, formulation, and commercialization of active ingredients and chemical intermediates.

Requirements
In the logistics hub of Salerano sul Lambro, in the province of Lodi, an intervention was necessary to improve the logistical processes while optimizing the floor space. The load units were represented by pallets of two different sizes: 1200×1000 mm and 1140×1140 mm.
Our solutions
We have decided to implement three different types of Bi-Bloc structures for the total storage of 18,000 pallets:
- Pallet Racking;
- Drive in Racking;
- Shuttle Racking.
The combination of the proposed solutions has allowed the company to structure its logistics department to support the various rotation and In/Out cycles. A tailor-made solution created based on the specific needs of the client.
