Requirements

After the earthquake in Emilia, there was a widespread desire for automatic storage and maturing systems to ensure the safety of personnel involved in loading-unloading and brushing and turning the forms. Zanetti SpA was the first company to take this new path based on the combination of tradition and automation.

Our solutions

We have built the first Fully automated Bi-Bloc shelving  or hard cheese storage. The project was implemented with the construction of a multi-depth system for the storage of 180,000 forms. Distributed on mini-stools of 32 each, the forms are brushed automatically thanks to the use of anthropomorphic robots. The  Automatic shelving  uses a computer system that identifies and tracks the forms from the moment they enter the warehouse. In addition, an X-ray scanner continuously analyses the shapes and subdivides them by quality.
