Requirements

Given the important and constant growth of the group, Nissan Italy has built a new spare parts warehouse located in Capena, in the province of Rome. It was crucial for Nissan Italy to find a partner who could support the company in setting up its new logistics department.

Our solutions

After a careful analysis of the logistic needs realized together with the customer, Dalmine LS has designed and supplied a 7,000 sqm plant composed of pallet racks and a multi-level rack for picking.

The Bi-Bloc pallet rack has up to five load levels and can store more than 7,300 load units. In addition, the shelves have been prepared with alternate tiles to be able to perform picking activities and ensure compliance with the 50% ratio between empty and full required by fire regulations for the passage of extinguishing water.

The multi-storey shelving is used for storage of bulk goods, generally spare parts, and is made with a walkway in trolley grating, served by 4 swing gates.
