A modern automated solution that uses AMR robots and ensures flexibility and scalability of the investment. These small vehicles are able to move independently on the ground and in some cases at height, picking up and depositing standard cassettes in the racks.
Automated shelving for totes and packages
Dalmine LS’s package automation solutions allow for massive storage of load units such as boxes, trays and small parts via shelf or bracket structures, ensuring full visibility of the availability of the stored goods and continuous loading based on the automation’s own algorithm.i< wpml_linebreak >
Furthermore, automatic package solutions, by exploiting the heights of the warehouse and optimising the floor area, allow for the configuration of a large number of load levels in single, double or multiple depths.
Automated pallet racking
Dalmine LS racking is frequently used for fully automated systems that allow the optimization of handling times and continuity of highly selective logistics processes. Dalmine LS shelving can be configured with different depths to achieve the desired performance according to the customer’s individual requirements and the number of items in its warehouse.
Self-supporting structures for high heights
Self-supporting structures, almost always intended for automatic warehouses, are the symbol of the design, engineering and production capabilities of Dalmine LS. Their structure is covered with special wall and roof panels, supported by the self-supporting racks themselves, which can be completed with additional photovoltaic panels in order to make the warehouse energy-independent. Walls and roof are anchored to galvanised tape shelving. The 100-120 and 140 mm posts allow 40 m height to be reached and they are very resistant to static and seismic loads.
Self-supporting structures
The free-standing shelving is a symbol of Dalmine LS design, engineering and production capabilities. Their structure is covered with wall and roof panels, supported by the same shelving and can be completed with solar panels in order to make the warehouse independent from an energy point of view. The 100-120 and 140 mm uprights allow for heights of up to 40 m and are very resistant to static loads and those generated by wind and seismic forces.
