Requirements

Inaugurated by then Prime Minister Mario Monti, the Barilla plant in Rubbiano (PR), dedicated to the production of sauces, needed a logistics department to support shipments capable of handling ever-increasing flows.

Our solutions

The solution designed and implemented by Dalmine LS was a Shuttle racking system  seismic-resistant Bi-Bloc. Occupying a floor area of only 300 square meters, the structure is serviced by front forklifts and can store up to 15 pallets deep per tunnel. The  The seismic-resistant  Shuttle racking system is the winning solution for high pallet handling cwhich, by optimizing the floor space, allows for intensive product storage.
