Dalmine LS designs, manufactures and installs various types of industrial shelvings in galvanized steel from over 70 years. Our mission has been, from the beginning, to respond to the many demands of the market: kits, storage and picking solutions for units of any size and weight, Silo – rack structures for automatic systems. Thanks to experience and great technical skills, we can consider ourselves leaders in the innovation of warehousing and goods handling solutions.

Mission

Dalmine LS’ approach is based on data analysis and identification of the best logistics solution. In this way, we support our customers in achieving current and future objectives, guaranteeing the possibility of integrations and expansions. The data flexibility of our 32 production lines allows us to offer a vast range of solutions, from those that are more traditional to those that are automatic in multi- depth. The use of galvanized steel coils of various profiled thicknesses to obtain the components of our products, in addition to guaranteeing greater durability over time, contributes to protecting the environment and the health of our employees.

Ponteggi Dalmine was establishedand with the innovation of the right-angle clamp, it became the first in Italy to industrialize scaffolding for construction

1963

Ponteggi Dalmine establishes thestorage division and launches the Rapid Bloc, a modular pallet rack with perforated uprights on pitch.

1969

_

Warehouse volumes overtakethose of construction. The Potenza facility is designed and opened specifically for the production of pallet racking system

1975

_

Ponteggi Dalmine builds the first self-supporting warehouse in Italy by developing new calculation, construction, assembly, and anchoring techniques.

1984

_

Struttura System is established,, originally known as Agenzia dell’Emilia, to distribute and implement modern logistics systems.

1986

_

Acquisitions are made to produce Errex, a lightweight modular shelving system with numerous accessories for various applications.

1990

_

The pallet racking systems are upgraded to a version made from pre-galvanized strip with bolted trusses. Ponteggi Dalmine manufacturescomplete automated systems.

1999

_

The Marcegaglia Group, active in metallurgical field, acquires Ponteggi Dalmine integrating it into the Buildtech Division.

2000

_

Struttura System becomes leading distributor of Ponteggi Dalmine in Italy by investing in know-how, personnel, calculation tools, equipment, and partnerships.

2003

_

Marcegaglia Buildtech invest in seven new work centers dedicated to the New Bi-Bloc with bolted beams and accessories, as well as in the new Light Bi-Bloc shelving, which is easy to produce and assemble.

2015

_

Dalmine Logistic Solutions is established fromMarcegaglia Buildtech and Struttura System, continuing the legacy and commitment to human resources, facilities, and clients. Digitalization, sustainability, and automation are the new challenges.

2018

_

Dalmine LS installs new lines for the production of special profiles intended for automated pallet systems, including 4 mm thick uprights, beams with heights varying between 80 and 180 mm, and Z profiles for shuttles.

2019

_

Dalmine Logistic Solutions celebrates 50 years d of the Potenza facility: its evolution has followed the history of warehousing.

2021

_

Dalmine LS invests to keep up with developments in new automation technologies. At Luiss University in Rome, it receives the High Honor of Financial Statements during the 'Industria Felix' event.

2022

_

Dalmine LS patents the automatic production of welded galvanized beams to anchor plates. The system optimizes the use of raw materials while enhancing load capacity and structural rigidity.

SOLUTION DESIGN

The design process is managed by the company's project managers, who work at the highest professional level: from the client's input, a detailed project proposal is developed, adhering to strict regulatory requirements.

ENGINEERING

The engineers oversee the project development, ensuring flawless technical execution. Once the layout is defined and structural calculations are completed, activities are scheduled to ensure on-time delivery and according to a thorough risk analysis.

REALIZATION

The Project Managers coordinate all phases, from production planning to installation organization and testing: after production and order delivery, assembly is scheduled, followed by load testing and certified final inspections.

AFTER SALES

The structures must be inspected regularly, in compliance with the latest European safety standards. The inspectors are highly qualified to provide this type of service.
