Corporate Quality Policy

“The quality policy pursued by Dalmine LS srl is based on the principle that the development and application of the ‘Quality Management System’, in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, represents the main factor of excellence and competitiveness for the company. Furthermore, the certification of its FPC system according to UNI ISO 1090_1, as well as the 3834 certification of the welding process, is considered to add further prestige to the company and enables it to operate in the market with professionalism, in compliance with current laws.”

To this end, the management of Dalmine LS has established the following fundamental guidelines:

    • It has allocated funds and provided the personnel and tools necessary for the implementation of the Quality Management System, which is constantly monitored and periodically evaluated by measuring the achievement of the objectives set for the controlled processes.
    • Dalmine LS places the utmost attention on customer requests and expectations, the requirements of applicable standards and regulations, and the continuous improvement of the organization, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Dalmine LS pursues quality in all phases of every process, where every employee is involved in achieving the objectives.”
    • “Management periodically verifies that this policy is appropriate for the company’s purposes and context, implemented and shared at every level of the organization, establishing objectives for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.”

    • Reduction of returns and complaints from customers, monitoring customer satisfaction
    • Optimization of order fulfillment times

    • Professional growth of the team and improvement of technical skills. These objectives are outlined in the Improvement Plan, which serves as the main managerial tool for translating and implementing the principles of Quality.
