Dalmine LS can configure racking for hanging garments both traditional or equipped with special trolleys on rails. Traditional hanging garment storage involves racking aisles in which operators move by means of vertical order pickers or on overhead walkaways to complete picking or storing. The Trolley system, on the other hand, uses rails to move the hanging garments.This system is commonly used to serve multi-floor racking or mezzanine and can be manual when the operator pushes the trolleys along the guides, or automatic when the movement is motorized.

Hanging shelving is made up of tubular racks to which the clothes are hung. In this case, the operators carry out the picking activities with the help of vertical commissioners. Depending on storage requirements, warehouses are often configured with multi-storey shelving or mezzanines equipped with trolley on rails and equipped with different levels of automation. Trolleys can allow storage and handling of single or multiple items at the same time. The automation systems can be used to link hanging items to the floor, connect different levels or move goods within the same walkway.
Hanging racking systems can also include the integration of continuous or alternating shelves dedicated to the storage of bulk goods, accessories and small items.
In addition, depending on the storage requirements of the goods (loading capacity, spacing between them, storage etc.), hanging racking is configured to ensure optimal management of flows and loading and/ or picking activities, creating ergonomic workstations for operators.
