Scalere for cheese maturing FormDal

FormDal is a rack designed specifically for cheese seasoning. It is made up of a galvanized structure of the latest generation, modular, which allows great flexibility in transport, assembly and implementation of the product. The load-bearing brackets mounted axially on the columns allow the centring of the load on the vertical of the column and thus a better distribution of the loads over the whole structure.

The Formdal Scalera has been specially designed for the dairy world, to ensure perfect maturation of different types of product. The structures are highly modular and can serve both small warehouses and those suitable to accommodate larger quantities of product.

The aeration nozzles inserted in the column are made of plastic for food use and are present on each load level to promote the homogeneous output of a controlled air flow temperature and humidity throughout the warehouse.

The use of tubular profiles allows to reduce the size of the staircase with the benefit of more space for the central corridor. The use of galvanized steel in a production chain with low energy consumption gives the product characteristics of durability, hygiene and greater environmental sustainability.
